This policy explains what Tariff Hub (operated by Adi's Recharge Online, Howrah, West Bengal) does and doesn't do with information connected to your visit. The short version: there's no user database, no account, and no advertising or analytics tracking on this site — what's below covers the handful of things that genuinely do happen.
When you use Mobile Plans, Best Offer, DTH Information, or Number Lookup, a number you enter is sent to Tariff Hub's server, forwarded to the connected operator/DTH network to get a live answer, and the result is shown back to you in your browser. It is never written to a database or log file — this site doesn't have a customer database at all. Once your browser tab closes (or you look up a different number), that number isn't retained anywhere on our end.
The name, email, subject, and message you submit through the Contact form on the homepage are sent by email to our support address so we can reply to you. They are not stored in a database — the form only sends an email, it doesn't save a copy anywhere else on the server.
A small amount of technical, non-advertising data is kept in your browser:
• Language choice — which of the 5 languages you picked, kept in a cookie and your session so it doesn't reset every page.
• Session token — a random ID issued when a page loads, used only to confirm requests to our API endpoints are coming from someone who actually opened the site (see Section 3 of the Terms of Service). It expires automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• Operator/circle list cache — stored in your browser's local storage for up to 6 hours, purely so the site doesn't have to re-fetch the same static list every time you open a page. No personal data is in it.
• Cookie-consent choice — whether you've dismissed the cookie notice, stored in local storage so it doesn't reappear every visit.
• Offline asset cache — if your browser supports it, static files (styling, scripts, the logo) are cached for faster repeat visits. Live data (plans, prices, lookups) is never cached this way — every search always goes to the network.
None of this is used for advertising, and none of it is sold or shared with third parties.
Your IP address is used to enforce a rate limit (a cap on how many requests can be made per minute) so the site's connected API isn't abused by scripts or bulk scraping. If an IP address goes well over that limit, the address, timestamp, and which endpoint was hit are appended to a plain-text log used only for reviewing abuse — not linked to any name, number, or other personal detail.
This site doesn't run any advertising, and doesn't use third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The only third-party services involved are the connected operator/DTH networks (to answer your search) and, if you use it, WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp's own site/app when you tap the WhatsApp Support link — subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we don't control).
This site is a recharge and DTH information tool intended for general use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
